Real Estate Business
Our direct real estate investments apply a value-added strategy and focus on key gateway cities in Germany, Spain, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, USA and the UK and seek to improve the sustainability of the acquired assets by using PropTech tools throughout the investment process. Real estate investing is undergoing a significant transformation due to changes in technology, sustainability goals, and the ‘Hotelisation’ of real estate, which will provide value-add opportunities for active managers in the coming years.
allcap started its first acquisitions in the boarding house business in Q1 2009 in Frankfurt, Germany in one of the prime locations in the city, with a view to improving its environmental footprint and a subsequent lease-up of the building.
allcap strongly believes in the growth of its private assets under management, and will significantly expand its investment activities in this space in the coming years.
