Jana Becher
Managing Director
Jana co-founded the Company and has been its Managing Director since inception in 2003.
Jana has over 25 years financial markets experience. Since 1999 she was Head of Asset Management/Sales for the Irish subsidiary of a German bank where she was responsible for a USD 30 billion international asset portfolio consisting of ABS and CDO’s, corporate bonds and other derivative instruments.
After that Jana was Managing Director of allcap, where she was responsible for the asset management arm of the firm. The assets managed by allcap reached USD 35 billion.
Jana holds a degree in economics and banking specialising in capital markets and investment banking.

Claus Wilsing
Chairman
Claus is one of the founding partners of the Company. He has more than 30 years experience in the financial markets and holds various positions on supervisory boards of international enterprises. He further acts as a consultant mainly for public bodies in Europe where he is focussing on asset management strategies in the structured finance business.
Until 2011 he held positions as a Member of the Management Board of several financial institutions in Europe.
Claus started his career in the capital markets business in 1989 and holds a degree in law.

Frank Gaebler
Director
Frank started his career as a commodities trader. Besides his role as a partner of a consultancy firm he focused in the last decades more and more on the real estate business. He acts as a core investor and manager of large scale real estate projects.
Robert King
Director
Robert, ACMA CGMA, is a qualified accountant and an active member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting. He also holds the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant. He has over eighteen year’s financial experience in Ireland & UK in both industry and practice. In addition to working with allcap, he is the principal of Robert King & Company, a progressive accountancy practice, specializing in providing meaningful and concise financial information to business owners.
Prof. Dr. Hans Ulrich Wilsing
Director
Hans Ulrich started his career as a lawyer in 1992 and is currently Partner with Linklaters LLP.
His core areas are private and corporate restructurings, public takeovers, M&A, IPOs and shareholder litigation.
