Jana Becher, Managing Director

Jana Becher co-founded the Company and has been its Managing Director since inception in 2003.

Jana has over 17 years financial markets experience. Prior to joining the company, Jana was Head of Asset Management/Sales for the Irish subsidiary of a German bank where she was responsible for a €27 billion international asset portfolio consisting of ABS (incl. several managed CDOs), corporate bonds and other derivative instruments.

Jana holds a degree in economics and banking specialising in capital markets and investment banking.

Peter Van Dessel, Non-Executive Director

Peter joined the Board of Directors of allcap Asset Management Ltd. as Non-Executive Director in October 2011.

Peter has over 25 years experience in the banking and financial services industry.

He held senior management positions in several Irish financial institutions and Irish subsidiaries of foreign banks (i.a. Bank of Ireland, BNP Paribas and West LB), mainly focusing on treasury and trading functions. Between 2002 and 2004 he was a Managing Director and Member of the Board of West LB Covered Bank plc and joined Abbey Capital Limited in mid 2004 as a director and Chief Operating Officer. Since 2006 Peter has been holding various roles in different investment management companies. He further set up his own investment and advisory business in 2006. Since September 2009 he acts as Managing Director for Newgrange Fund Management Ltd., a newly established company seeking MiFID authorization with the Central Bank of Ireland. 

Brenda King-Geis, Non-Executive Director

Brenda joined the Board of Directors of allcap Asset Management Ltd. as Non-Executive Director in October 2011.

Brenda is an IT consultant focusing on the implementation and enhancement/development of trading and front office systems for financial institutions.

Before becoming an independent IT consultant, Brenda was employed by an Irish subsidiary of a German bank where she was responsible for front office system support and reporting. Brenda has extensive experience in Financial Systems implementation and support having worked at Hypovereinsbank and AIB Capital Markets.

Brenda holds a B.A. Degree from University College Dublin and a B.Sc. in Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin.
