Overview

allcap Asset Management Ltd ("allcap" or the "Company") is a specialist fixed income asset manager with offices in Dublin, Ireland and Wiesbaden, Germany. The Company was incorporated in Ireland on 16th December 2003 (registered number 379485) and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (license granted on 15th July 2004).

allcap offers fixed income investment products and customised credit solutions to its institutional investor base covering a broad range of product areas including asset backed securities (ABS), corporate credit, financial and sovereign credit and hedge fund investments.

allcap currently manages €4.2bn of fixed income investments.

allcap also offers structured credit valuation and advisory services including asset modelling to calculate the economic value of complex structured products, stress testing and scenario analysis, credit monitoring, portfolio liquidation strategies and restructuring of distressed structured products.

In December 2009 the Company was appointed to two panels of advisors by the European Commission ("the Commission"). The panels provide valuation & advisory services to the Commission about impaired assets that banks hold on their balance sheets. The Company's appointment followed a competitive tender process arranged by the Commission to select two panels of experts. Panel members assist the Commission in its evaluation of impaired assets held by financial institutions in receipt of state aid.  The Company's appointment was renewed by the Commission in 2010/11 and will soon be renewed for 2011/12.
